How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Please note we do not ship or process orders on weekends or holidays.
All orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays. Weekend delivery is not available. For U.S. shipments, we use USPS and UPS. For international deliveries, we ship via USPS and DHL.
Domestic orders must include a verified U.S. billing address. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or freight forwarding services. Orders that do not meet these requirements may be subject to cancellation.
Can I make changes to or cancel my order after placing it?
We’ll do our best to accommodate changes if your order hasn’t been processed for shipment. To request a change or cancellation, email us as soon as possible with your order number. Orders cannot be canceled once they've been processed.
Do you accept returns on coffee?
We do not accept returns on coffee purchases. However, if your order arrives damaged, we’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement. Please report any damage within 3 days of delivery.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, a $10 return shipping fee willl be deducted from your refund.
To request a return please send an e-mail to hello@polocoffeeroasters.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- Whether the package has been opened
- Whether you want to exchange the item or request a refund
- The reason for your return or exchange
- If the item arrived damaged or defective, please attach the photos of;
- The outer packaging
- How the item was packed inside
- The item itself
What payment methods do you accept?
Please ensure your billing and shipping information is accurate at checkout, as we are unable to reroute packages once they are submitted.
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, as well as PayPal Express Checkout, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Facebook Pay.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request depending on the status of your order. To cancel an order, please email us with your order number. Kindly note that cancellations are not possible once the order has been processed for shipment.
