Some products in our store are offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy. This policy explains how you can manage, change, or cancel these purchases.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions deliver products repeatedly based on the schedule you choose.

• Payment details are securely stored, and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you pay upfront.

• Some subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the term. You can cancel anytime to stop renewal.

• To cancel or modify your subscription, use the links in your order confirmation emails to manage your order.

Pre-orders

• Pre-orders allow you to purchase out-of-stock or soon-to-be-released products.

• We may charge no payment or a partial deposit at checkout and charge the remaining amount when the item ships.

• You can cancel a pre-order before it ships if it’s only partially paid.

• Once shipped, pre-orders cannot be canceled, but you may request a refund under our Returns Policy.
